  The CSDS is a Society for individuals trained in the disciplines of biophysics, bioengineering, cardiovascular physiology and clinical medicine whose interests range from protein expression to sarcomere dynamics and control of circulation. The theme of the XVIIth Congress will be: Cardiovascular Systems Biology for diagnosis and therapy: models, molecules and devices. The program consists of invited lectures, organized in symposia on Cardiac Remodeling and Function and on Vessel mechanics and remodeling, as well as young investigator competitions and a poster session.
